Timeline Visualizer is built and run by one person — Jack Cooper, an independent developer. There is no support desk and no ticket queue: your email arrives in my own inbox and I answer it myself, usually within a day or two.
Feedback form
If you would rather not use email, the feedback form takes a message without an address. It is the fastest way to suggest a feature — several things on this site exist because somebody filled it in.
What to include in a bug report
Your browser and its version, your phone or computer model, which tool you were using, and what happened. Please never attach your Timeline.json: the file is processed only inside your browser and there is no way for me to receive it — a screenshot of the error is far more useful than the data itself.
Pro, license keys and refunds
Pro is an optional one-time purchase, and payment is handled by our payment partner as the merchant of record. If a license key will not activate, email the key together with the order ID from your receipt. Refunds within 7 days are one tap inside the tool (Pro extras → "Pro is active" → "One-tap refund"); anything else, email us with your order ID — never a problem, and the free tools stay free either way.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what is stored about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to receive a copy, write from the address you used at checkout or include your order ID. I reply within 30 days. What is stored — and the much longer list of what never is — is set out on the Privacy page.
Who runs this site
One independent developer, working alone. The site is owned and operated by Lunonia Inc. Timeline Visualizer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC; Google, Google Maps and Timeline are trademarks of Google LLC. The rendering engine is based on the MIT-licensed open-source project google-timeline-visualizer, and this site is not affiliated with its author either.
