Timeline Visualizer (www.timelinevisualizer.net) is owned and operated by Lunonia Inc ("we", "us", "our"). It offers free browser tools — a travel video made from your Google Maps Timeline export, and a Countries Visited Map. Using them, or buying the optional Pro extras, means you agree to these terms.
The free tools
Loading a file, choosing settings, previewing, creating videos and images is free and needs no account. Everything is processed on your device; see the Privacy page for the few network requests that are made (map tiles for the video tool, analytics, and short links you create on purpose).
Pro: what you buy
Pro is a one-time payment that unlocks extra options across our tools — in the travel video tool (additional map styles and route colors, place names in your language or no labels, a recap card, custom markers, custom music, higher resolutions and frame rates) and in the Countries Visited Map (high-resolution export, the new-countries-by-year row); more may be added. You receive a personal, non-transferable license key. It may be activated on up to 3 of your own devices. Do not publish or resell keys; keys that are shared publicly or obtained fraudulently may be disabled. Pro is a license to use the features, not ownership of the software; the free features do not change.
Payments, taxes, refunds
Payments are processed by our payment partner, acting as merchant of record; your receipt comes from the payment partner. The price is shown at checkout and may have tax added depending on your country. 7-day money-back guarantee: within 7 days of purchase you can refund yourself in one tap from the tool (Pro extras → "Pro is active" → "One-tap refund"), no questions asked; the refund is issued immediately and the key stops working on every device. Keys bought before the one-tap refund existed, or requests after 7 days, go to support@timelinevisualizer.net with your order email or ID. Prices may change over time (for example a launch price that later rises); a change never affects a license already bought.
Your content
Music, photos and Timeline files you use in the tools stay on your device and are your responsibility. Only use music and images you have the rights to — video platforms may mute or remove content that infringes copyright. Map imagery in the video tool is © OpenStreetMap contributors · Protomaps (fallback tiles © CARTO); keep the attribution that is rendered into the video. The Countries Visited Map uses Natural Earth data (public domain).
No warranty; limitation of liability
The tool is provided "as is". It relies on browser features (WebCodecs, canvas, local file access) that vary by device, and on third-party map tiles that may be unavailable. We do not guarantee that a particular device can render a particular video. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything related to the site or Pro is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the previous 12 months.

Timeline Visualizer is based on the MIT-licensed open-source project google-timeline-visualizer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google, Google Maps, or the original author. Google Maps and Timeline are trademarks of Google LLC.
